We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our corporate team based in Brisbane to support with System and Document administration. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the operations of Risk, Compliance and Safety systems by providing system and documentation support.

**What would I be doing?**
- Undertake system administration including supporting staff to access and update information, including supporting with user management, lists reviews and configuration and alerts and reports.
- Extract reports and data from a variety of systems and prepare basic snapshots and reports.
- Work collaboratively with all staff to proactively update and maintain CPL's Document Management requirements, such as archiving.
- Process Improvement Requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Undertake basic research and analysis to inform team activities and contribute to the preparation of project and activity planning.
- Provide project and activity support across the Risk, Compliance and Safety team.
- Undertakes other responsibilities as required and directed by manager or delegate.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need**:

- Demonstrated experience delivering system and/or document management support in a community service or not for profit environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience extracting reports from systems.
- Demonstrated problem solving, time management and task prioritisation skills, including the ability to work to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop and foster relationships within the team and across the CPL Group.
