**The Role**:
As the CRM Manager, you will report into the Marketing Director, and operate within a supportive, friendly team of 7. You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the client customer journey, helping the business create seamless and engaging customer experiences with strategic interaction throughout the brand and products across eDM, Direct Mail and SMS 1:1 marketing.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Develop, manage and implement the contact strategy for Leads, Actives and RTAs (lapsed customers) across multiple journeys: e-Commerce & abandoned cart lead generation, lead nurture, active retention, campaign promotion.
- Maintain and manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) producing reports with learning and recommendations with potential to migrate to a new platform (Braze);
- Consistently seek to improve results - i.e. eDM engagement, improvement of quality of leads, data capture;
- Carry out regular customer analysis, insights and reporting to aid business decisions;
- Source and implement partner companies for collaborative, cross-promotion opportunities;
- Lead communications plan across all 1:1 channels - eDM, Direct Mail and SMS;
- Build and test eDM templates across all eDM requirements;
- Ensure implementation of dynamic landing pages through HubSpot;
- Managing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
**Key Requirements Include**:
- You will be a brand champion A passion for enhancing and riving customer engagements through a multi-channel customer approach.
- A passion for 1:1 customer journeys Ideally seeking an individual who is happy to work on a hybrid capacity, both strategically and hands on. You will be excited about generating growth and be a highly customer centric inidividual.
- Tertiary or relevant studies undertaken within marketing, digital or communications or related discipline
- 2+ years digital experience
- 4+ years' experience in eCRM
- Must have experience with marketing automation platforms as a CRM / Loyalty Specialist / Manager
- Demonstrable experience with loyalty programmes and executing personalised direct customer communications
- High level of knowledge in data segmentation and data analysis
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in working with highly 'creative' brand management
- Seeking an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to work closely with external partners and agencies as well as the internal team.
