**About this opportunity**:
Join a Womenswear Fashion Company as their CRM & Loyalty Manager to own and execute the CRM initiatives by exceeding customers needs through an imaginative customer focussed retail experience

This role will see you responsible for developing and implementing customer centric strategies across all areas of Loyalty & CRM Marketing.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop individual customer strategies i.e. communication touch points and journey priorities, incentives, engagement and content for each lifecycle stage and each customer persona.
- Build, test and launch customer and loyalty member communications from our Salesforce platform, owning the process from briefing assets to building audiences.
- Monitor and proactively address performance of all engagement programs to unlock solutions for under performing elements and drive success.
- Drive opportunities for each of the key customer lifecycle stages, testing different and relevant communications to improve redemption and signups.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify trends and customer engagement opportunities, using multiple data sources and identify opportunities to implement new data led insight driven strategies and initiatives to drive customer engagement.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a Marketing Automation or CRM Role.
- Demonstrated experience in creation of CRM strategies and campaign management.
- Ability to implement, execute long-term startegies and execute campaigns on a day-to-day basis across eDMs, push and innovative messaging channels.
- Great understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms specifically, Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Proven understanding of developing and delivery customer lifecycle strategy programs.
- Strong knowledge of legal and compliance issues surrounding customer data and privacy.
