About the role

Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will be a key part of the CRM team, crafting, coordinating and elevating CRM campaigns and loyalty experiences that keep our wonderful customers coming back for more

*Your role*

  • Build and schedule best in class email, SMS and customised campaigns to surprise and delight our customers
  • Produce, schedule and amplify loyalty campaigns, monitoring performance to drive engagement and spend
  • Analyse and report on regular campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and share findings
  • Participate in audience segmentation strategies based on insights gathered across all channels (email, SMS, social, paid media)

Skills

  1. Experience using email services / marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  3. Hands-on experience in CRM, loyalty programs and customer lifecycle, ideally in fashion retail
  4. Strong grasp of data types, segmentation and confident with tools like Excel or Tableau
  5. Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills
