Based in Tooronga the Design Team have a rare opportunity for a 12mth Fix Term Contract.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of innovation, using your expertise to optimize eCommerce performance through data-driven insights, cutting-edge technology, and a customer-first mindset. **What You'll Be Doing**:
As our eCommerce Specialist, you'll own and elevate the digital shopping experience across multiple platforms, focusing on maximizing eCommerce channel sales and improving key performance metrics (CR%, AOV, UPT). You'll work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Digital, and IT teams to drive engagement, traffic, and conversion.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading the end-to-end management of Shopify platform developments to continuously improve customer experiences.
- Crafting user stories, developing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
- Driving customer engagement through data analysis and reporting on CR%, AOV, and traffic metrics.
- Collaborating with marketing to create compelling content, including product descriptions, brand pages, and SEO-optimized articles.
- Implementing digital marketing campaigns, brand-led initiatives, and performance-based activities to increase sales.
- Optimizing the omnichannel experience for customers, ensuring seamless transitions from online to in-store and vice versa.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement through insights, trends, and customer feedback.
- Working with agency partners and internal** stakeholders to deliver eCommerce excellence.**

Key Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years in an eCommerce Specialist role (retail or direct-to-consumer experience preferred).
- Experience in Shopify, Klavio and Nosto agency
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in UX, SEO, A/B testing, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable, measurable strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer journey optimization, site performance, and merchandising best practices.
- Experience with agile project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for data, metrics, and using insights to drive business growth.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
