Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our fast-paced eCommerce Planning Team. As a key member of this team, you will design, build, and maintain eCommerce KPI reports and dashboards that provide accurate and timely performance insights.

About the Role
  • Design, build, and maintain eCommerce KPI reports and dashboards that provide accurate and timely performance insights.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service access to data for stakeholders.
  • Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources (including SQL databases) to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and interpret eCommerce performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
About You
  • You have strong capability in working with and manipulating data, with advanced Excel skills.
  • You have experience using reporting and data visualization tools (such as GA4, MicroStrategy, or Looker).
  • You can automate reports and build intuitive dashboards that enable self-service insights.
  • You have solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, performance metrics, and digital analytics.
  • You have strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
