Job Title: eCommerce Coordinator

Manage and maintain our eCommerce websites with precision. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines on site.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • End-to-end Management of Merchandise Presentation
  • Liaise with the product team to understand product delivery dates and plan product enrichment processes.
  • Generate product descriptions using available product data and tone of voice.
  • Owning Product on Site, Ensuring Data Accuracy.
  • Work with the SEO team to optimize products for search traffic.
  • Build and Maintain Briefs for Marketing Calendars.
  • Develop and Implement Relevant Content and Product Landing Pages.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated 3-5 years' retail inventory management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years ecommerce operations coordination experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business degree/Diploma preferred.
  • E-store Operations background (Magento experience highly regarded).
