Asset developers and owners have no choice but to pursue cleaner infrastructure options giving them the required license to plan and operate in a transitioning economy.

The speed of the energy transition has given new impetus and need for specialist capability that can plan for, optimise and manage land uses and land use impacts.

Contaminated land management is one of the critical components of our Natural Resource Management (NRM) Advisory team's integrated service offering. Our expertise is in creating new assets from our clients' natural resources.

The contaminated land management (CLM) and natural soils team has extensive experience in contaminated land assessment, remedial action oversight, validation sampling, reporting, and regulator negotiation.

You are regarded as a trusted advisor, who has the ability to foster and evolve relationships.

You will work closely with our ANZ / Asia Land and Soils Capability Lead and NRM Senior Leadership team to grow the Land and Soils service offering in NSW and across all ANZ and Asian geographies.

What can you bring to the team?
- Strong connectivity to the NSW market, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities from multiple channels to secure work.
- Proven ability to deliver results and provide solutions as part of a large and complex multi-disciplined team for a range of different clients.
- In-depth knowledge and broad demonstrable experience of the following: Contaminated site investigations consistent with ASC NEPM protocols, soil, soil vapour, sediment and groundwater investigation and assessment, human health and environmental risk assessment, site remediation, validation and action planning, waste assessment and disposal, salinity and acid sulfate soils assessment, Site monitoring, including air (dust), noise, sediment and water quality (surface and ground water) monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, develop and drive strategy and introduce new products/solutions.
- Digital Literacy
- Track record of, and desire to, develop and mentor technical practitioners to shift the dial.
- High energy, fearless, determination & resilience.
