We here at **TOM Executive** have partnered with one of Australia's largest Super Fund companies to recruit a Manager of their Superannuation Administration/Registry team. Reporting to the Head of Registry you will lead a team responsible for all aspects of superannuation administration and member experience. This is a large team where you will:

- Provide strong leadership, support and coaching to the team that is consistent with company values and inspires them to deliver a market leading member experience.
- Review and re-engineer team processes and workflow management in collaboration with the Manager, Operations, to ensure they are fit for purpose and drive operational efficiency and an optimal member experience.
- Raise and manage incidents and breaches in line with the requirements of the organisational incident management process and identify and address issues that could lead to incidents
- Leverage the Operational Excellence framework and embed a culture of continuous improvement at individual and team level
