Senior Registry Manager

The Team Leader is responsible for providing senior management presence in the Sydney registry to support members and staff. This role involves supporting the ICT Business Manager, managing staff, and ensuring business continuity.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced working knowledge of practices and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining expertise in registry processes;
- Supporting the Deputy Registrar in managing day-to-day work allocation and implementing changes to registry processes;
- Assisting with ICT delivery goals, including IT onboarding and training material development;
- Managing a small caseload, responding to enquiries, and conducting QA of work performed by Client Service Officers;
- Supporting VRB Members as part of the leadership team.
