Job Title: Registry Specialist

The NSW Personal Injury Commission is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registry Specialist to join the team in the Registry & Disputes Directorate.

This role requires an individual who can provide technical advice and act as a point of escalation on complex registry matters, as well as contribute to the provision of support, coaching and guidance to a team of Registry Support Officers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills and experience in providing technical advice and guidance.

  • Provide technical advice and act as the point of escalation on complex registry matters
  • Conduct early file reviews to determine additional information requirements
  • Contribute to the provision of support, coaching and guidance to a team of Registry Support Officers
  • Manage escalated sensitive or complex customer enquiries
  • Share knowledge and contribute to the development of an effective knowledge base
  • Identify potential risks, emerging issues and trends
