The OpportunityOur Corporate Finance team in South Australia are seeking a Senior Analyst to join us on a full-time basis.
Our ideal candidate will already have Corporate Finance experience or have a background and strong foundation in Business Advisory (approx. 3 years) with an interest in Corporate Finance.No two days are ever the same in our Corporate Finance team, so if you're looking for constant stimulation, challenging workflow, and career development, this role is for you
Our team has extensive experience covering a range of different industries with businesses of different sizes.
Working closely with some of South Australia\'s most iconic businesses, you will specialise in areas such as assisting with financial due diligence, financial modelling including budgeting and forecasting, as well as strategic business advice.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the lead partner with business sales and acquisitions including financial due diligenceConducting business valuations that drive critical decision-makingDeveloping robust financial models, budgets, and forecastsSupporting strategic business investigations and analysisPreparation of covenant reporting to commercial banksProviding insightful, strategic advice that shapes the future of our clients' businessesQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar disciplineApproximately 3 years' experience in an accounting roleCA qualified or working toward CA qualifications (near finalisation)Proficient in using MS Office Excel and best practice modelling skillsAbility to read and interpret Financial StatementsDisplay a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm and conscientiousnessStrong collaborative skills with your team and clients, and a dedicated work ethicHave excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writingHave the ability to analyse information and figures to formulate a solution/great problem-solving skillsBe passionate about helping clientsTo join our team, please click 'Apply Now' today – we are waiting to meet with you
