Executive Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Executive Leadership team as General Manager, Corporate Services & Finance.

This key position plays a critical role in ensuring the organisation's strong foundations for delivering high-impact services. You will be responsible for leading all corporate services functions, including finance, ICT, risk and compliance, facilities, logistics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of finance, risk, ICT, governance, property and compliance
  • Manage organisational budgets, resourcing, contracts and reporting
  • Support leaders and staff with quality systems, tools and processes
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, funding and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:

  • CPA or CA qualification and tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce or similar
  • Experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation
  • Knowledge of ICT, systems integration, data governance and cyber security
  • A collaborative and people-focused leadership style
  • The ability to influence, drive change and balance strategy with practical delivery
