Executive Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead the corporate services functions, including finance, information technology, procurement, facilities, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, with experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. They will also have a deep understanding of NDIS funding, financial governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to drive financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and strategic performance across our organization. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital investment, while maintaining robust internal controls, risk frameworks, and financial reporting systems.

You will oversee the delivery of efficient, secure, and cost-effective corporate services, driving innovation, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions. You will also be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of facilities and assets that meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital investment
  • Maintaining robust internal controls, risk frameworks, and financial reporting systems
  • Overseeing the delivery of efficient, secure, and cost-effective corporate services
  • Driving innovation, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions
