Corporate Finance Expert

We are seeking a motivated individual with expertise in corporate finance to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Opportunity

Our corporate finance division is looking for a financial analyst to assist with financial modeling, live business transactions, and strategic business advice.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets and develop robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts for clients
  • Assist partners/principals with business sales and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and Information Memorandums preparation
  • Prepare business valuations and support strategic business investigations and analysis
  • Prepare covenant reporting to commercial banks and provide insightful, strategic advice that shapes the future of clients' businesses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a similar discipline
  • Approximately 1-2 years of experience in an accounting-related role (experience in corporate finance is ideal)
  • Currently studying for CA qualifications
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R being highly desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • High levels of professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative skills with colleagues and clients, along with a dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with report-writing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to develop solutions
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals
