**The Opportunity: Become a Mentor**

As a Mentor at Dynamic Support WA, you will play a vital role in the lives of young men, helping them to develop crucial life skills and work towards their personal goals. You'll start by building trust and rapport through shared interests and hobbies, creating a strong foundation for growth. As you transition to skill development, you'll use our GROW model (Guiding, Rehearsing, Observing, Winning) to assist them in areas such as:

- Developing employment skills
- Increasing independence in daily living
- Building foundational social skills
- Participating in fun and supportive group activities

**Compensation**:
This is a paid position offering a competitive hourly rate upwards of $31.76 depending on experience and qualifications.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 year of experience in support work or demonstrable transferable skills.
- Roadworthy vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Clearance.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Willingness to complete all required NDIS online modules
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Access to a smartphone for logging in/out and completing case notes.
- Experience in writing case notes.
- Willingness to complete our comprehensive induction program.
