Disability Support Role

The individual you will be supporting is a male in his early 40s, sociable, active and fond of spending time outdoors.

This full-time position involves being part of a team that provides round-the-clock support to this client, engaging with various needs on a daily basis. The role requires companionship, mentoring, positive behaviour support and guidance.

  • Support with daily tasks
  • Domestic duties
  • Administration of medication
  • Behaviour management assistance
  • Transport support
  • Facilitating participation in community activities

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Covid-19 vaccination
  • Relevant experience or Certificate III in Disability
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
