**Job Title:** Male Mentor/Positive Role Model

Our Mission:

We support individuals with disabilities and their families to achieve their goals and aspirations.

We believe in empowering people by giving them choice, control and independence to build on their strengths.

Our team is looking for males who can be a mentor, guide and motivator for a young man living in Golden Bay.

He is sociable, curious and energetic, enjoys swimming, fishing and gaming.

He would benefit from people around him who can guide him with emotional and sensory regulation.

Ongoing support throughout the day helps create boundaries and allow him to feel safe and connected.

A positive role model and strength-based approach will really help him manage relationships and connections.

We're interested in people with diverse experience who can connect with young people, have a calm nature and work autonomously as well as in a team.
