**Are you looking to take the Commercial Experience to new heights?**

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a current member of our team to join the leadership team at the Sydney Tower Eye. This position will be full time and largely based in assisting the Guest Experience Manager with the commercial area of the site.

**About the role**

Your role will be focused on supporting the Guest Experience Manager in ensuring profitable and smooth operations of the Commercial outlets, while promoting world class services to the team and guests. You will respond to troubleshooting issues and step out to assist the team when help is needed. In the Guest Experience Manager's absence, you will take ownership of the site and respond to calls, acting as a Duty Manager during these times.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Visual merchandising
- Stocktake
- Elaboration of end of month report and business reviews
- Implementation of different strategies to increase revenue and spend her head
- Raising POs and performing the goods in process
- Conducting monthly food safety audits and making sure necessary corrective and preventive actions are performed to comply with Australian and Merlin food safety standards.
- Handling complicated guest enquiries and resolving guest concerns
- Conducting team PDP's
- Retail and food safety training

Experience in a similar role and exposure to supervising the operations of retail and/or F&B areas is essential.
