**Role Overview**:
Are you passionate about retail facilities management and project coordination? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact? Join our team as a Property & Project Support Coordinator and support our design and project management team on new store openings, renovations, and various projects across our store network, warehouses, and support office. Take full ownership of facility management and repairs & maintenance functions, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Management**: Take care of all matters of facility management, repairs & maintenance, across the store network, warehouses, and support office.
- **Project Support**: Provide administrative and operational support for new stores, renovations, and other projects.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers, contractors, and landlords.
- **Operational Excellence**: Assist with project coordination, reviewing quotes, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety initiatives and contribute to a safe working environment.

**Required Technical Skills and experience**:

- **Experience**: 2 -3 years in facilities, or operational roles. Must have a solid understanding of repairs & maintenance (R&M) and Facilities management
- **Skills**: Proficient in MS Office, project management, vendor management, and understanding of WHS legislation.
- **Attributes**: Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships.
