How will you make an impact
- Coordinate the delivery and scheduling of compliance learning across AMP
- Manage the compliance learning calendar and oversee content review cycles
- Provide Tier 2 support to employees and managers for training-related queries
- Monitor training completion rates and report on effectiveness
- Maintain governance documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare materials and reports for the quarterly Compliance Learning Committee
- Assist in the design and development of eLearning modules using Articulate Rise
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant and engaging
- Tertiary qualifications
- Solid project management, time management and organisational skills with a focus on designing efficient processes
- Prior experience with learning management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise, SharePoint, and Microsoft.
