**About the Role**
We are currently seeking **Rig Offsiders (HF Level)** to support our **Bored and CFA piling operations** across a range of infrastructure and construction projects.
This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, experience in piling or civil construction, and a desire to build a long-term career in the ground engineering sector.
**Key Responsibilities**- Assist in the setup, operation, and demobilisation of piling rigs and equipment- Support drillers and rig operators during piling operations- Conduct general laboring duties including manual handling and site clean-up- Carry out basic maintenance of plant and tools- Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture- Report hazards and assist in maintaining HSEQ compliance on site
**About you**- Previous experience as a rig offsider or labourer in piling or civil construction- Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions- A safety-first mindset with the ability to follow instructions and procedures- Willingness to work away from home on remote or interstate projects- Relevant plant or high-risk work tickets (advantageous)- Committed to learning and career development in piling operations
