Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Ground Improvement/Jet Grouting Rig Operators to join our specialist ground engineering team. You will operate KB8 and MC22 rigs on complex ground improvement projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain jet grouting rigs (KB8, MC22 models) to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Operate piling rigs and associated equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery
  • Support daily site operations including material handling, rig movements, and site preparation
  • Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements
  • Assist with inspections, reporting, and routine maintenance of equipment
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture through teamwork and adherence to safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating piling rigs (Bored, CFA & Jet Grouting experience)
  • Willingness to work as an offsider and assist in all aspects of site operations
  • Strong understanding of site safety and risk management
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the site team
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor environment
  • Commitment to learning and developing skills within the geotechnical industry
