At Keller, we are a global leader in geotechnical solutions, with a strong presence across Australia. We are seeking **Ground Improvement/Jet Grouting Piling Rig Operators**to join our high-performing team and support the safe and efficient delivery of ground improvement projects across VIC.
**About the role**
We are seeking experienced Ground Improvement/Jet Grouting Rig Operators to join our specialist ground engineering team at Keller. You will operate KB8 and MC22 rigs on complex ground improvement projects across Australia.
**Key responsibilities**- Operate and maintain jet grouting rigs (KB8, MC22 models) to deliver high-quality outcomes- Operate piling rigs and associated equipment in a safe and efficient manner- Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery- Support daily site operations including material handling, rig movements, and site preparation- Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements- Assist with inspections, reporting, and routine maintenance of equipment- Contribute to a strong safety culture through teamwork and adherence to safety standards
**About you**- Previous experience operating piling rigs (Bored, CFA & Jet Grouting experience)- Willingness to work as an offsider and assist in all aspects of site operations- Strong understanding of site safety and risk management- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the site team- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor environment- Commitment to learning and developing skills within the geotechnical industry
