**About the role**
As a Ground Improvement Piling Labourer/Offsider, you will work as part of a collaborative site team to deliver high-quality ground improvement solutions. You will assist in the setup and operation of piling rigs, maintain a safe and clean site, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
**Key responsibilities**- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of piling rigs/ jet grouting rigs and associated equipment- Support daily site operations including material handling, rig movements, and site preparation- Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements- Assist with inspections, reporting, and routine maintenance of equipment- Contribute to a strong safety culture through teamwork and adherence to safety standards- Maintain site tidiness and organisation
**About you**- Previous experience in a similar role within Piling, with jet grouting experience- Willingness to learn and assist with all aspects of piling and ground improvement works- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding outdoor environment- Commitment to safe work practices and following instructions- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the geotechnical industry
