**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a global retailer is highly regarded
- strong background in lease reviews and ability to legally interpret lease agreements
- Highly organized and great attention to detail
- Ability in managing day-to-day administrative duties
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability in Microsoft Word and Excel
