At Black Swan, we are seeking an experienced leader to drive our marketing and outreach efforts. The Head of Marketing & Outreach is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic vision with creative execution.

This position is central to growing audiences and deepening engagement through bold campaigns, leading a dynamic team, and overseeing ticketing, customer experience, access and outreach.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, forward-thinking marketer who thrives on collaboration, leadership, and impact in the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies.

2. Lead and manage a dynamic team of marketers and outreach professionals.

3. Oversee ticketing operations and CRM systems to ensure data integrity and customer service excellence.

4. Collaborate with artists, staff, and industry partners to drive engagement and growth.

Requirements:

1. Proven senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, or audience development within the arts, cultural, or creative industries.

2. Demonstrated success in strategic planning and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

3. Strong brand management expertise and ability to build and maintain a compelling organisational identity.

4. Deep knowledge of audience development and outreach practices, including segmentation, CRM systems, loyalty/membership programs, and access initiatives.
