Job Opportunity

The Activations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, responsible for leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results in performance marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Performance Executives and Coordinators to achieve outstanding results in client campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client success, leveraging expertise in performance marketing, digital media buying, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage resources, forecasts, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure open communication, trust, and collaboration.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
