Position Summary:

- Rise with us and lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Assist with the bar related tasks if required
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Be an empowering team leader by providing motivation and support to the team
- Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations in the Lobby Lounge. This includes High Tea service, operating bar service, managing reservations systems and completing daily financial reports
- Assisting other Food and Beverage outlets on occasion when necessary

About You:

- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia is a must
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Able to work AM & MID shifts
