We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Team Leader to oversee daily operations and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day F&B operations, leading and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests.
  • Ensure team members have comprehensive knowledge of menus, dietary requirements, and allergens.
  • Verify that team members possess a solid understanding of beverages and wine lists, enabling them to make informed suggestions as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of bar and restaurant areas by following established opening, closing, and daily procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
  • Oversee inventory management, place orders, and control costs while ensuring product quality is consistently high.
  • Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the creation and implementation of innovative F&B promotions and events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an F&B Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-focused mindset.
