What we need from you:

  • A 'hands on' and guest-obsessed leader, who will inspire our team of F&B professionals to exceed guest expectations through exceptional food and beverage service.
  • Your determination and enthusiasm will successfully re-launch our F&B venues.

The role includes:

  1. Coordinate and manage the day to day restaurant, room service, bar service and conferencing operations in the hotel while maximizing profitability and meeting customer's needs.

Requirements include:

  • Service focused personality is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
