**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Facilities Team Manager, the Coordinator will deliver superior customer service to our network to ensure and improve the high standards of presentation within our Branches. This position is integral to our Departmental vision to provide best-in-class property solutions for the Reece Group.

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

- Providing administrative and invoicing support for the Facilities Team such as:

- Assisting the team with processing purchase orders and invoice payments
- Assisting in the development of improvements to our processes, procedures and service delivery
- Management of the property maintenance database and spreadsheets
- Managing and processing all requests for Showroom Display changes
- Liaising with both Branch network and Suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of requests
- Arranging commencement and / or ceasing of Preventative maintenance services for new / relocated or closed Sites
- Liaise with Marketing and Design Team to ensure changes to the Showroom display process are captured and updated.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will be driven to develop and implement administrative processes and systems to improve efficiencies. A collaborative and organised approach will be central to your success.

Key capabilities for the role include:

- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Trade knowledge / experience working in a similar Facilities role (beneficial)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a knack for learning new programs
- Superior stakeholder relationship-building skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
