**As a Facilities Coordinator your duties will include**:
- Coordinate facilities team projects.
- Assist in the collation of asset data and documentation of maintenance plans.
- Assist with the preparation of the facilities team budgets.
- Monitor and report on projects to complete on time and to budget.
- Develop and write facilities team procedures.
- Ensure the property records are updated as a result of implemented projects.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects in the facilities team.
- Ensure all projects have the required internal and external regulatory approvals, before, during, and after project completion.

**What you'll bring**:
- Extensive operational experience with the delivery of capital projects preferably working within the areas of properties and/or facilities. Experience in the early childhood sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of legislative policies and procedures as it relates to building codes or an ability to acquire this knowledge where necessary. Experience in early childhood sector regulations is desirable.
- Demonstrated project and time management skills as they relate to delivering facilities projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, oral & written communication skills including ability to effectively build relationships and consult with internal/external stakeholders and ability to negotiate effectively with lessors, licensees, stakeholders and a range of Government Departments.
- Initiative, multi-tasking, and an ability to prioritise tasks, and organisational skills.
