**About the role**:
A part of the Sales Department reporting to the Branch Manager, this role based in Banksmeadow will obtain new business & develop an existing business in the Healthcare sector at a profitable level, ensuring you meet & exceed your budgeted targets.

**What you will be doing**:

- Key Accounts sales & development
- Maintain & Develop assigned Key Accounts in Australia as per set objectives & targets of Bollore Logistics
- Determine margin & selling rates with margins equal to or greater company's average
- Identify development opportunities with assigned Key Accounts
- Conduct monthly or Quarterly BR with clients (data capture, minutes & follow-up)
- Act as an escalation point for operational performance
- Coordinate & a manage smooth supply chain for customers with concise communication
- Conduct structured reviews with monthly & quarterly visits
- Align with regional key account strategy & liaise with management regularly
- Propose & develop data reporting automation with the support of Customer Business Solutions
- To supervise data quality transmitted to clients & take the measure to improve various key stakeholders on it
- Determine operational & billing procedures across Branches in Australia
- Update SOPs every 6-12 months
- Ensure procedures are adhered to by the operations team
- Guide & assist all sales & customer service staff in Australia
- Review finance performance
- Meet respective Branches on the performance & development of assigned Key Accounts
- Act as an escalation point for operational performance
- Motivate & engage our Bollore Network with business processes & cargo movement
- Measure operation performance on behalf of clients
- Manage & investigate deviations
- Technical SME operations improvements
- Lead innovative & update processes Emphasis on QHSE & GDP/CEIV procedures & practices
- Manage & maintain Account Portfolio within GDP standards

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Minimum three years of Key Account Management or related experience
- Proven track record of gaining new business & developing existing business
- Proficient knowledge of the Healthcare Market & all facets of freight forwarding

Desirable:

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Sound conflict resolution skills & ability to think laterally and find quick & effective solutions to problems
- Excellent people skills & ability to achieve objectives
