Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Consultant to partner with our Account Executives and Principal SC to assess prospect goals and develop tailored solution strategies. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for various stakeholders.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging demos, technical presentations, and RFP responses that showcase Iterable's capabilities. Additionally, you will explore prospects' stacks, make integration demonstrations using our SDKs, APIs, and partner ecosystem, and support prospects throughout the sales cycle.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the future of Iterable based on customer feedback. You will also invest in your own growth with access to mentorship, global peers, and ongoing enablement.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Principal SC to assess prospect goals and develop tailored solution strategies.
  • Deliver engaging demos, technical presentations, and RFP responses that speak to marketers, developers, and executive audiences alike.
  • Explore a prospect's stack and make integration demonstrations using Iterable's SDKs, APIs, and partner ecosystem.
  • Support prospects throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to technical validation and successful handover to our Services team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the future of Iterable based on customer feedback.
  • Invest in your own growth with access to mentorship, global peers, and ongoing enablement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Have 2+ years in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role (SaaS or MarTech ideal), or 5+ years as a marketing practitioner, with strong technical exposure.
  • Are technically curious - comfortable explaining APIs, SDKs, or data flows, and excited to keep learning.
  • Can simplify complex concepts and tailor your message to marketers, developers, or executives.
  • Have experience working with any of the following: customer data platforms (CDPs), ESPs, analytics tools, mobile/web SDKs, or composable MarTech stacks.
