What you'll do
Provide financial administrative support to the work unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP/R3).
Maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment and software.
Provide excellent customer service including preparing quotes by applying effective organisational and communication skills.
Provide administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring/reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.
Develop, maintain and work within procedures for the procurement and financial polices of Queensland Health.
About you
We are searching for someone who has: Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement and records management.
Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / configuration management).
