About the Role
- Responsible for maintaining the Metro South Health Financial Asset Register, including acquisitions, disposals and transfers. Ensure that all assets are identified and all relevant information is accurately recorded into the Hospital and Health Services Asset Register S/4HANA (SAP system) in accordance with current accounting policies and procedures. Preparation of monthly reconciliation of the Asset Modules with the General Ledger ensuring that all balances are correct and in accordance with guidelines set out by Queensland Health and Queensland Treasury.
