Join a dynamic team providing vital administrative support to the MHCALL Tele-Triage Service within Addiction and Access Services.
As an Administration Support Officer, you'll play a key role in a busy, 24-hour operation of around 21 staff, serving as a crucial entry point to the Metro South Addictions & Mental Health Service (MSAMHS).
You will help manage referral flow, respond to enquiries, and offer essential information and assistance to staff, consumers, carers, and visitors—supporting seamless service delivery in a mental health care setting.
