The roleThe Asset Management Unit as a part of the Governance, Assurance and Information Management branch, works in close collaboration with the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and Department of Health divisions to provide assistance and advice for all asset management requirements enabling them to effectively manage their buildings and supporting infrastructure over the asset lifecycle to mitigate against infrastructure risk that may impact on health service delivery.
The Manager, Asset Information leads a team of four within the Asset Management Unit and reports to the Director, Asset Services.
The position holder will lead a range of tasks and projects to support HHS and Department of Health divisions to develop their asset management capabilities and will provide technical advice related to the use of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management Plant Maintenance (PM) and Real Estate (RE-FX) modules.

**The successful personYou will have demonstrated**:

- Extensive experience in the management, administration, and support of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management Plant Maintenance and Real Estate Modules or similar corporate asset management systems.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams that can establish, document and maintain consistent data management standards and drive continuous process improvement through enhanced data quality and reporting.
- Demonstrated high level analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective system solutions to improve and enhance the effectiveness of organisational asset management.
- Proven ability to deliver highly effective communication strategies across a range of stakeholder groups and industry partners for the planning and implementation of system development projects and initiatives.
