We are known for our expertise, credibility, reliability, and professionalism, with a diverse business portfolio and a proven record of delivering Surfacing, Hire, Transport, Fuel, and Mechanical services to some of the largest civil construction and mining companies in Australia.The Role:Permanent, full-time role, working closely within our Asphalt teamOperate all equipment and machinery associated with Asphalt production (Front End Loader, Roller, Loader, etc.)Understand the operation of Asphalt plantsManage daily prestart and other activities, and ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working conditionPerform general civil laboring dutiesHave the highest dedication to safe work practices in line with the OHS legislation and our procedures and policies, ensuring the workplace is both safe for the public and work colleagues, and ensure all work is of high quality for clientsEssential Skills and Experience:HC/MC Truck License (preferred)Experience with Hot Bitumen Product (preferred)Availability for ad hoc weekend work and work awayWillingness to learn and positive attitudeExperience operating heavy equipmentA strong 'team player' with the proven positive attitude to work well with othersBenefits:Full-time position - minimum 80 hours per fortnight with available overtimeExcellent remuneration & Fortnightly payExcellent working conditions with a new purpose-built depot coming in 2025Potential for internal training and promotionWorking in a highly supportive and team-oriented company with a strong commitment to on-going training and maintaining a zero-harm environment for all our employees, visitors, and clients.
