Role Overview

The Asphalt Production Supervisor is a key figure in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt plant.

This role oversees daily activities, manages production schedules, and collaborates closely with the laboratory team to guarantee high-quality asphalt mixes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations to maintain a secure working environment and meet client requirements.
  • Coordination of production schedules to accommodate project demands and client needs.
  • Collaboration with the laboratory team to ensure all asphalt mixes adhere to specifications and quality standards.
  • Plant inspections and maintenance coordination to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues and resolving them promptly and effectively.
  • Supervision and support for a small team of operators and loaders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordination of raw material deliveries and asphalt dispatch, working closely with transport and project managers.
  • Maintenance of accurate reporting and documentation through digital systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in asphalt production or heavy plant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and support a team.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the capacity to diagnose and fix issues quickly.
