We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Spray Seal and Asphalt Operators to join our clients dynamic team. As a key member of the specialist crew, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of various road construction and maintenance projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain spray seal and asphalt equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow project specifications, blueprints, and instructions to meet quality standards.
- Complete daily reports and documentation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in any of the roles listed below.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of your equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in a construction environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and relevant certifications for your role (HR/MR).
- White Card / Blue Card
- Tickets / VOC for plant as required

**Full time rates range from $32p/h to $39p/h Plus overtime, night shift allowance, living away from home, RDO etc.**
