Join our high-performing team at Epos Now, where we empower mid-sized businesses (£1m–£5m turnover) to thrive with our world-class POS systems, integrated payments, and embedded finance tools.
We're looking for a Sales Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and exceeding targets across the APAC region.
What You'll Do
Own the sales process: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with mid-sized businesses through remote and face-to-face engagements.
Drive growth: Deliver $35,000+ in monthly revenue, close 8+ deals per quarter, and achieve 125%+ Net Dollar Retention across accounts.
Deliver consultative sales: Understand customer needs and create tailored solutions using Epos Now products, including integrated payments and capital.
Lead QBRs: Conduct insightful, data-led quarterly reviews to drive upsells and ensure customer satisfaction (NPS +40).
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to solve customer challenges, provide feedback, and shape future products.
Keep it strategic: Develop and maintain account plans that support long-term growth, reduce churn (
