Origination Specialist – Mid-Market Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Origination Specialist to join our team and drive growth in the mid-market segment. This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills and expertise in securing high-value deals and transitioning them to our Business Banking team.

This role is focused on origination, with a strong emphasis on winning whole-of-wallet relationships that deliver long-term value to clients and the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting mid-market clients with turnovers between $30M–$150M, ideally with a loyal client base that values long-term relationships.

The successful candidate will be a natural dealmaker, someone who thrives on origination and isn't afraid to hit the pavement. They will have big bank experience, deep expertise in the $10M–$50M commercial lending space, and a strong local network and market knowledge in Brisbane.
