**The Opportunity**:
A major financial institution is looking for Technical Analysts, to work within their Home Loans team, to assist with the build and integration of their document processing platform, in their Melbourne team.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with Architects to define solution designs that meet business requirements
- Develop integration designs and data mapping to ensure optimised data flow between systems
- Assess end-to-end impacts of platform changes on other systems, anticipating complexities arising from increasing system integrations.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Engineers to gain an in-depth understanding of the current state environment and processes, to identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow enhancement and propose innovative solutions aligned to business objectives

**About You**:
In order to be a successful applicant you must have:

- Demonstrated experience working as a Technical Analyst, preferably with experience in home lending.
- Experience working across lending systems, specifically LendFast (Preferable)
- Strong understanding of solution design principles and integration methodologies
- Proficiency in data mapping techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively translate and document requirements.
