Join us as we energise Victoria—togetherAbout the roleJoin our dynamic team as aHuman Resource Business Partner, focussing on Depots located in Lilydale, Beaconsfield and various locations across Gippsland, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful HR solutions aligned with our People Strategy and HR Plan.You'll partner closely with functional leaders to drive key initiatives, provide expert advice, and support a range of HR programs and projects.

With strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills, you thrive in complex environments and bring a commercial mindset to every challenge.Demonstrating deep knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relationsBringing experience in HR business partnering within large, multi-site organisationsLeading change and delivering people strategies aligned with business goalsCoaching and empowering leaders and teams to drive performanceApplying strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skillsManaging HR projects with precision and strategic focusHolding tertiary qualifications in HR or a related disciplineThis role requires an on site presence across the depots in Lilydale, South East Melbourne and Gippsland.
