**The Role**:
This role supports the Finance Compliance Manager in delivering the compliance program across the wider business. This will include:

- Perform review of in scope cycles, including documenting processes, walking through processes, testing and analysis on robust controls
- Build relationships with process owners, providing proactive support
- Support delivery of the group's quarterly certification under SOX 302 regulation
- Educate and train the business stakeholders on SOX compliance
- Ensure regular policy review, updates, and intranet accuracy for compliance information for the business

**Your Background**:
The hiring manager would love someone currently working in a Big 4 or Mid-tier-chartered accounting firm who understands SOX & GAAP reporting standards.

Alternatively, you may be in a Compliance Officer, Accountant or Analyst role for a large US Listed organisation now, looking for career progression and a change
