**Description**:
**The Role**:
Due to our ongoing growth, we have created a new position for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and function as a true business partner. You will collaborate closely with internal departments on various analytical, reporting, compliance, and business advisory tasks. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Banyo, Brisbane.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy.
- Management report preparation and analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Partner with business units to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and decision-making, including scenario analysis.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Members of CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience as a financial analysis within a large FMCG environment would be high regarded.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Bi
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across distinct functions within the business.
