What will you be doing
The purpose of the role is to provide superior support to our credit assessment team. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assess home loans applications from conditional approval to formal approval within the credit risk appetite, policies and decision applications within.
Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained.
Meet the quality assurance and performance expectations set out for the role.
Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your team.
Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a culture.
Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.
Have the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment whilst also adding to the culture – a fun, energised, dynamic start up environment.
What we are looking for in you

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry
Experience managing stakeholders with multiple tasks & deadlines
Professional, organised, able to work autonomously
Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.
You have a high degree of competency in using computer, origination and credit systems and web applications.
You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge.
