This 12-month fixed-term role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for talent management, succession planning, and building future capability.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Develop and implement strategies to strengthen leadership capability and organisational resilience.Partner with executives and senior leaders to align people capability to business strategy.Design and deliver talent management frameworks that align with our Workday implementationIdentify, engage, and grow our high-potential employees globally.Lead and embed a succession planning process that will set Kelsian up for an exciting and successful future.Analyse workforce data and insights to shape future capability planning across a global business.
About YouWe're looking for someone who brings the expertise and energy to jump-start our transformation and growth agenda.
You will have:A passion for developing people and building future-ready capability.Experience in organisational development, talent management, and/or workforce planning.A mature understanding of tools and strategies that can support capability uplift across a large organisationProven skills in designing organisational frameworks across complex, multi-jurisdictional companiesStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Demonstrated ability to execute programs that drive real and lasting change.An analytical mindset, with the confidence to turn insights into strategy.Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (desirable).
